Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Treat customers with respect.
  • Handling customer queries from different sources.
  • Provide customers with information about products and services of Shorobor.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints & requests.
  • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable.
  • Perform routine office works.

Key Skills:

  1. Good verbal communication in English & Bengali.
  2. Basic computer skill
  3. Good listening skill
  4. Courteous and problem-solving attitude.

Educational Requirements: Diploma/ Bachelors/Equivalent

Experience Requirements: Not necessary. Shorobor will give adequate training to new recruits.

Salary Range: 12,000 – 15,000 taka (after probation period)

Office Time: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Friday
